On the approval of this Ordinance, the development plan for the following lots will be submitted for approval by the Council to the Planning/Zoning Commission, who may authorize the issuance of special development permits for purposes of development and improvements to those lots: 1. Lots 2 to 40, Block 2 in the vicinity to Block 6 in Block 39, Section E, Township of Lyndale Heights, in the area described above. (See Ordinance 4831) 2.
